My husband and I visited last week after being encouraged by a colleague. Wow! What a great experience! We enjoyed the beautiful evening on the roof deck - in an instant you felt almost like you were actually in Italy! The food was impeccable, the wine was nicely paired, and you hated to stop eating with the prospect of what the next course might bring! I highly recommend Pasta Freska for a unique, warm and engaging experience. I even had to make my way to the kitchen to thank the chef at the end of the evening - it was just that good!

I went here for the first time for my anniversary. I am a big fan of Jose Garces and love his other restaurant Tinto. I wanted to experience the flagship restaurant. My husband and I did the tasting menu with the upgrade of the charcuterie and wine pairing. The first two courses were incredible! The Iberico ham, lamb sausage dish, crudo, and cheese plate were very good. We were disappointed when we got to the main course round. The fish was dry and overcooked. Nothing was that spectacular in the main course. The dessert however was so good! It was like a Spanish tiramisu with pistachios and caramel. All and all we had a great time. But in comparison to other restaurants for the money, the tasting menu felt overpriced. The one thingI loved that I tried at Tinto with the tasting menu was paella and wish that had been part of the tasting. My husband liked paella so much he started making it at home afterwards!

Our first time here & it won't be our last. What a fabulous dinner experience. So casual, such good food & the service was great. We felt like we had been invited to dinner in his home. No decisions to make - just relaxed & enjoyed his wonderful cooking & good wine. Thanks Mike for the memorable dinner.
